We are a fee-based, independent firm, providing court defensible appraisals for IRS settlements and donations, property division and all insurance related matters. Specializing in appreciable residential contents, we help you with all aspects, including expert witness and litigation support.

We practice due diligence to strengthen court defensibility. We are not advocates, but strive to provide clients with the most accurate appraisal possible.

Our fee is not based on the value of your collection.

To prevent conflict of interest, we are not brokers, buyers or sellers of antiques, or affiliates of any auction house.
